2.16.2026 - Raising Funds for following work:

Site Plan Approval
Septick Tank Engineering work
Water Meter + Water Line Pull up
Concrete Road + Parking Construction

3.24.2026 - Invoice paid to Site Engineer:

Second invoice paid to ensure that the Civil Engineering team can finalize the remaining work needed to submit the Site Plan. They have already received comments from the county on the previous iteration and are now working to complete the final updates.
